We and our aging world.

 At this time the share of the population aged 60 years and over will increase from 1 billion in 2020 to 1.4 billion. By 2050, the world's population of people aged 60 years and older will double. Earth is estimated to be 4.54 billion years old, plus or minus about 50 million years. As anyone who has experienced middle age will know, the process of growing old can be extremely hard on the body. Your bones begin to leak calcium, your muscles begin to shrivel, the immune system weakens, and arthritis can set in. Poor posture and balance affect how you move about the world, while cataracts and deteriorating eyesight impair how you see it. Heart problems and declining cognitive function eventually set in as people approach the end of their lives.

The aging worldwide population studies shows that our earth is over crowded with the human population by the year 2050 an aging world 2020 article.

The increase in Earth's surface temperature will cause a runaway greenhouse effect, creating conditions more extreme than present-day Venus and heating Earth's surface enough to melt it. By that point, all life on Earth will be extinct.

Every few years, or maybe even every few months, a new story, speculation, or conspiracy will go viral, claiming that the end of the world is near. Some claims are very specific; others are more too good to be true.

Yet we do not live in a world where myth and mysticism dominate our thinking; we know that we can comprehend all that’s to come using the predictive power of science. Based on what we know, Earth will meet its eventual end, and they’re all going to happen someday. Here is what that is going to look like.

Over time, as Sun begins to exhaust the hydrogen available for nuclear fusion in its core, the Sun heats up and expands, becoming more power as time goes on. After another one-to-two billion years at the most, the amount of energy the Sun gives off will increase to a certain critical point: high enough that the amount of energy hitting a water molecule in Earth’s Ocean during the day will be sufficient to boil it.

As the oceans boil and the atmosphere fills with water vapor, the greenhouse gas effects will take over, causing Earth’s temperature to rise catastrophically. Our planet will be doomed like Venus than like Earth today, becoming totally inhospitable to life on the surface. There will be no living thing on earth Only, perhaps, a few simple organisms will survive high, but life as we know it will end on our world. The complex, differentiated organisms will have come to its natural end.

 

How I managed to complete my DIY bathroom makeover during Covid 19 lockdown.

 2020 is the year of the most aggressive virus hits the globe. Everyone on this planet gets affected by this global pandemic. On March 2020 Singapore government enforce Lockdown for a month period. I was kind of like what shall I do in this period of lockdown? but ideas came into just like the breeze of wind telling me hey...let's get started with a DIY bathroom makeover. And here I am explaining to you from start to the end of my STAY HOME DIY PROJECT.

So I started to read on a DIY project on the internet trying to compile good and brilliant ideas from the internet such as Todayshomeowner.com they have so many ideas that maybe can inspire you to start your project. The Projects.

I've always do comparing material costs from the supplier from the internet or locally. Try to take times on spending on your material. Sometimes it really burns hole thru your pocket. Slowly look thru the internet for the best material and of course the best price including shipping and some other stuff. Always follow the rule of thumb read slowly over the material specification etc you will be a happy consumer.

You can source your material online such as Amazon,eBay, Aliexpress, etc. Compare pricing for good offers and deals. Be smart on choosing suppliers sometimes this seller is really kind of stubborn headed type of people.

Before considering to replace the new toilet bowl always make measurement of the rough-in of the toilet bowl and with the toilet floor rough-in. If you do not measure the rough-in your toilet bowl may not properly in line with the mounting hole of the floor flange.

                                                   How to measure rough-in distance.

If your toilet bowl slightly not in line, you can always look for 45 degrees or 35 degrees adapter to offset it. Here is the picture of the toilet pan adapter. You can get this anywhere online.

Here is a picture of my rundown toilet bowl and my newly replace toilet bowl before and after the picture.

Notice the wall tiles and the floor tiles? All tiles are still intact I do not hack to remove the wall tiles and the floor tiles, instead, I just lay over all the tiles from wall to floor with layover technique. By doing this I save thousands of dollars just to hack remove all tiles and plus the removal and dumping charges, all layover materials are waterproof.

Before my toilet is not installed with vanity and the sewerage pipe exposed. I decide to cover the exposed pipe with drywall cover the pipe and layover with styrofoam type of material and install a vanity to store toiletries.

You can also preplan your ideas for your project. Look for ideas that really suite your style,go to the internet type DIY, and search for ideas you like. Carefully read the article sometimes the article give the link to another site which may be relevant to what you are searching for.
